Just to let you know I have dry damaged hair, so now that you know that lets get to it ..

I have used both these for handful of washes, this is my second bottle of The Dover minute mask but my first of the Garnier as it has only been out for under 6 months I think. When using these I tend to use them as a conditioner and leave them in  for about 3 minutes before rinsing out.

For me there is no stand out one.  Yesterday I washed my hair and split it in half and used one product on either side just to compare them at the same time and from what I found The Garnier one didn't leave  my hair dry at the ends at all but the Dove did  just a little but nothing a leave in conditioner would have made  better but it was still dry.

On the other hand when I started using the Garnier one I wasn't completely sold and loved the Dove but as I was using the Dove conditioner last week  I realised how much I had to put on my hair! It was a lot and at £3.99 for 150 ml it could work out expensive, but with yesterdays test they pretty similar amounts to make it fair.

For me I was not blown away,  but the Garnier one seemed better but seems to be more expensive. I think in future I will use a conditioner before both mask's just to the difference but I'm 100% sure  I would repurchase either of these based on my experience so far but if they are better with a conditioner I will let you guys know.
