My Current Night Time Skin Care Routine
Most of the products are new to me, Recently I ran out of my
skin products within a close period time
of each other so I am currently trying out all of these products. I have been
using some of them for over a week and
some for a couple of days so I think I have a
decent first impression of them. These is what I would use on a day to day basis.
I have dry skin but everyone's skin is different what might work for me might not work for you.So lets get to it.....
Step 1: Cleansing
lotion : No 7 Hot Cloth Cleanser
I have used this product before when I first bought it but stopped using it because I had many half used cleansers that I wanted to use up. Now that I have come back to this product and have started using it for at least once everyday for over a week and half sometimes twice a day and I really like this cleanser.
Step 2 Toner : Superdrug Vitamin E refreshing Toning Mist
I have not had the best of luck with toners in the past but the Olay Essentials Refreshing Toner I really have enjoyed it . This one is a different because it is mist which for me has pros and cons I m not 100% sure how I feel about, I don't I like it as much as the Olay Essentials Refreshing Toner but for now I am going to finish it up .
Step 3 :Moisturising
I use two different product to lock in moisture in my skin.
Part 1 - Face oil: Botanics Facial oil
I love using a face oil, I have only used 3 different oils. It locks in moisture but compared to other ones I have I don't know where this one sits just yet but it does have pros such as a product altogether.
Part 2 Botanics Hydrating Night Cream All Bright
I use a night cream to add more moisture and this is one claims to brighten so that's an added bonus. I like to use both because in the past a face oil and a face cream (not these ones ) have made my skin feel softer in the past and with winter coming I think more hydration is needed with weather changes that might dry out my skin.
Sometimes instead of putting the face oil I will put an over nigh mask on.
