Lush Butterball Review

If you read our blog you might be able to tell that I have been on Lush kick and I blame L! 

I got this bath bomb in the Baby Frosty Christmas gift set for Christmas but I never got around to using it until now. 

Part of the reason I haven't used this yet is because I tried the Butter Bear at Christmas time and was disappointed. It didn't leave my skin as moisturised as I thought it would. So when I got the set with the bath bomb for Christmas I didn't think it would be any good and on the rare occasion I would use a bath bomb I wouldn't use this one.

When I had used all the others I gave this a try. I am glad I did because I did prefer this to the Butter Bear. I didn't think the Butter Bear had enough product. Even though I enjoyed the Butterball I think I would prefer the AvoBath Bomb. (My review here)

 I preferred the skin benefits of the AvoBath bomb and it's also something to look at while I'm in the bath because it is an amazing green colour! It is more expensive than the butter ball but to me Lush baths are a splurge so why not go full the mile. The butterball is £2.65 (The Butter Bear was £1.95 I think) and the Avobath is £3.35 which is 70p more but you are getting a bigger product and in my opinion more skin benefits. 

In conclusion I did enjoy it more than the Butter Bear, but its not my favourite bath bomb. The only time I think I would buy it would be if I was having a massive splurge in Lush and I have never done that!
