Lush boxing day sale haul

Lush boxing day sale haul!

It seems like ages since I have written a blog post! With the festive season just done and having many laptop problems I have finally been able to write a new post and its one that I personally like reading/watching video's of and that is lush hauls! I espeacilly like it when the products are half price!!
Now I tried to get on the website all of boxing day but they had some major problems with their website so I left it for a couple of days, when I went back to the website there was only gift sets left.

The gift sets I got (left to right) It's Christmas time, Firecracker and Snow Flake Castle.
I picked up the It's christmas time gift set for the buble wand and to try the shower gel and hand and body cream.

I got the firecracker becasue I wanted to try the Experimenter and the Intergalatic bath bomb, Im looking foward to watching all the colours go all around the bath! I also picked up the Snow fairy castle becasue I have never had any Snow fairy shower gel and there was none of the individual bottle so I bought the box set.

Aswell as the sale Stuff I picked up some fav's

It's my favourite bath bomb from Lush, its refreshing and it makes my skin feel smooth and hydrated. I picked up the Kinky hair treatment again because was amazing on my hair last time I used it! I also picked up the Dream time bath oil and it was really nice! It left my skin feeling hydrate and soft.

For next couple month I think I will be sorted for bath and shower products and that makes me very happy

The big make up declutter : Cheek Products and concealer's

The Big make up declutter : Cheek Products and Concealer's

Merry Christmas!! I'm really sorry about it being over a month from the last post! With work being crazy, laptop troubles and the festive season. I hope you had a great amazing festive season! Now back to the post .. I started this series about 3/4 months ago and I thought I would continue it and hopefully finish it before 2016 (ekkkkk) !
So lets get to the cheek products

I have thrown this Products away, I don't use them and some of them don't really suit me, The MUA concealer is not the best I have ever tried, The vivo bronzer is really old and needs throwing away and I prefer Holla to this one anyway. I never use the sleek contour palette its to dark for me.

Moving onto what I am keeping

Brushes wise I am keeping these, I don't use many face brushes but I do use all of these. I don't have lots the same brushes or the same purpose brushes  so I use these pretty regularly. My favorite brush is the second from the top, its great for applying blush, highlighter and bronzers and  also for blending product and it doesn't remove the foundation from your face either.  One of  the reason why I was getting rid of the elf brush is because sheds.

There are some of these products that I am unsure of but I am keeping them to try them out - Both Bourjois Bronzer and the Rimmel one .The collection shimmer brick is really old and needs to thrown away but I really like the highlighter. The products I am keeping are some of my favorites. Soap and Glory Glow all out is  one my favorite product and favorite cheek products. The Revlon concealer is one of the favorite concealer I have used yet. I am still trying out the Kick ass concealer and I occasionally reach for High beam but I do like it!

Savers + Boots Autumn 2015

Savers + Boots Haul
I have recently run out of a few bits a bobs that needed replacing so I thought while I was in savers I would pick up some replacement.

Savers
Dove Quench Absolute Shampoo and Conditioner

From Savers I picked up some new Shampoo and Conditioner, I have used the Dove  dry oil conditioner before and really enjoyed it so I thought I would try out this set. I picked up the set in Absolute Quench in shampoo and conditioner, they are intended for wavy and curly which I have and they also contain oils, so I thought that would be good for my hair because it is dry at the ends. The reason why I bought the set twice is because in most place the Dove hair ranges can be up to £6/7 but in Savers they were £2.89 so I got a two just in case they stop selling it and so I don't have to keep going back to Savers.

Boots

Boots Essentials Cucumber Facial Scrub
I ran out of my face scrub and I wanted to try something new but my Skin has been a bit off lately so I went for one that I have had before and have liked  and its only £1.50 which is good for the price. I like this scrub because you can feel it , its not to gentle but its not to rough.
Here

Soap and Glory smoothie Star Breakfast Scrub
Now this was a treat for myself and to be honest it is my favorite scrub I have tried others. The smell is the best smell that I have ever smelt!  I prefer this one to the Body shop scrubs and other brands so I am so excited to have this back in my shower. it was £8 which is a bit of a treat but I love it!
Here

Champney's Products
The Boots I was in  had some special offers on some Champneys Product so I picked up two products from them

Champneys Spa Indulgence Oriental Opulence Shower Cream
I love the scent, to me this is the signature scent of Champneys. It smells relaxing but sweet, its hard to descirbe but if you can smell do it! There's a different  offer online on Champneys product then there was to offer I got in store.

Champneys Spa Indulgence Distant Shores Shower Mousse
I have not smelt this scent before, its a different scent from the Oriental Opulence. I don't know to much about this product but according to the Boots website it has won an award. It might be a weird thing using a Shower Mousse but I shall report back.

Tangle Teaser
Tangle teasers are amazing! I have never loved a hair brush so much ! I'm sure you have heard of them, this is my second one. I had my first one for three years and it was well loved so I think it was time to get a new one.

Candle Haul 2015

Candle Haul Autumn 2015

'tis the Season!!!!

Now that  Autumn is here and the weather is turning colder and its the time of year to snuggle up in your blankets and be very cosy which make me very happy! Its my favorite time of year .  Now  this year I have stepped out of my comfort zone and got normal candles. I have had LED before but they don't compare to these kind of candles. Most of  the candle I got are driven by the season changing and and the festive season approaching.

I found these in Tesco, I got the candle holder because it was only £2.50. The main reason got it is because I thought it would be more decorative than just a simple candle dish for the Yankee candle . With Yankee being one of the most known candle brand I thought I would pick them up but with the big sizes ranging anything for about £10- £21 I decided to get the smaller ones because I didn't know I would like burning candles and £21 for candle seems a bit too much me, maybe one day but I will pace myself for now. The two mini candles I got were Apple Crumble and simply cinnamon. I started burning the apple crumble scent first which is my favorite scent out of both them.

After enjoying the candles I had I already got I made the mistake of going to TK Maxx the mothership of festive candles and candles in general and I may of made two sneaky but very good purchases
The two candles I got and I have been using from TK Maxx were Mint Fudge (I think the brand is Freshly Bake) and The North Poll Peppermint Bake. I've been using them already and I love them!! the scent give off is great and I love the packaging of the Mint Fudge candle when the candle is finished I will definitely be using that!
Theuk Candle Company candle I was given to me by my mum because I was saying I wanted to burn a candle. I cant really smell the coffee scent in the packaging it might be different when I burn it but I haven't burnt it yet.

I think this will be enough candle to get me through the festive season. What candles are your Favorites?

Autumn 2015 : Pamper Evening

Autumn 2015 : Pamper Evening

Every now and again when you feeling pretty crappy you need a pick me up, this was the pick me up I was in desperate need of last week. I decide to make the   ever so difficult  decision to have myself a little pamper and show you guys the products I used.

I started by Running myself a bath, I used the Milky bath Bubble bar from Lush, I really enjoyed this and there will be a review coming soon!
While the bath was running I cleansed me skin with my favorite cleanser the No 7 Hot cloth Cleanser and apply the Exuviance Purifying Clay Masque  which I got in September You Beauty discovery  Box  . After applying the mask I relaxed in the bath watching YouTube video's.

I was so relaxed that I left the mask on for longer than suggested which slightly dried my skin out so I I used a lot of hydrating products  to put moisture back into my skin. I started using the Benefit moisture Toner , Superdrugs Radiance serum, The Body Shops Oils of life and then Benefits Total Moisture  and all of them combined did a great job of putting hydration back into my face. After finishing my face skin care I turnt my attention to my feet, I have been trying to show some more love towards my feet so I used Soap and Glory heel genius on my feet. Then finished of the evening by watching some TV until I feel into a blissful sleep.
What products do you use on a pamper evening? Also whats your favourite Lush bath product?

The Make Up declutter : Eye Platte

The Eye Platte  Declutter !

Now I have been wanting to declutter for a while but there have been certain part of my make up collection I haven't been looking forward to decluttering and that is eye palette and lip products. I haven't thrown a lot away compared to the last declutter post on eye products but I find eye palettes so useful so its harder to let go of them .
.

This is before the declutter, there was barely any room for it all. So let the declutter begin!!

I'm saying goodbye to these, I never reach for them and some of the shadows are really bad quality . The Barry M palette and the NYC palette are not the best palettes I have ever owned and that is why they will be going.

I am keeping these 4 because they are really good shadows, the collection Palette is amazing! Especially because it is only £2.99, all the MAC shadows were ones I picked myself and I love them. Now with the Naked 2 Palette I find myself going phases with using it all the time that notg using it for a while. I love most of the colours and I know I have got a lot of use out it so I will keep it, that same for the MUA pretty edgy palette as well.

These I'm not sure on. The MUA palette are decent palettes but the collection palette has all the staples colour I would need and its a lot smaller. The Make Up Revolution palette I haven't given enough of a test so I might hold on to that one for a little longer. The Estee Lauder Palette has two beautiful colours but its lacking a shimmer base colour for me and that makes it inconvenient for using it.
Update :I have kept Make Revolution and Front cover but have gotten rid of the rest of them.

The next declutter will Cheek product (Highlighter, blush bronzer) and concealer's

Lush Haul October : Its beginning to feel a lot like Christmas

Lush Haul October
Its beginning to feel a lot like Christmas...

Now I know its only October but my Christmas countdown has begun it is currently 81 days until Santa is on his away and I am just so EXCITED!! My Christmas countdown started at 90 days and every day that has gone past I have started to prepare myself for the most wonderful time of the year and what better way then visiting Lush..again....opps. Now I didn't pick up many Christmas products because the store I was in  didn't have all of them and I thought I 'd save my Christmas binge at Lush for November time :) but I got some Christmas bits. So I am going to dive in a show you what I got

 Milky Bath
I had this one before so It a repurchases, I used the bubble bar a couple of nights ago and really enjoyed it. It will be in some future posts soon. So watch this space!
£3.75

Father Christmas
Its back again! Good old Santa is back and I love the smell of him. Now I cant remember if I have this Bath bomb before, I don't think I have but I m not sure. As soon as Halloween is all said and done this year I am going to put this in by bath and get even more excited about the festive season! This one has Citric acid, Cream of Tartar and Gardenia extract, now I don't know what that does for the skin and the benefits of those ingredients but it smells good!
£3.65

Star Dust
This is the first time I have seen this, I don't know if its new this year, if you know please write a comment and let me know. It smells amazing and Vanilla and Rosewood oil which is A ok with me, I'd imagine because it smells so good it would be so relaxing in a bath.
£2.95

Snow Angel
Now I have only ever used two other Bath melts the Christmas hedgehog which was a part of last years Christmas collection and the Mango bath melt and only the Christmas hedgehog has made a great impression on me but unfortunately its not returning this year.  I bought this one because I love a bit of glitter and this bath melt is bigger than the mango melt so hopefully it will have more oils and I would feel more results on my skin.
£3.95

Kinky Hair Treatment

I have only tried a few hair products and out of all the ones I have tried  I am most excited about this one! The treatment says it good for curly hair and has extra virgin olive oil, Castor Oil  and Ylang Ylang oil which to me isn't the best smelling product but with all the good oil's it has in it I'm hoping its a  fav. I shall report back on this product.
£6.50

The big make up declutter :The Eye make up edition

The Big Make Up declutter :The Eye make up edition
I have been seeing a lot of these kind of videos of declutering of make up collection which have inspired me to declutter mine aswell as the fact that it gets messy and unorgansied really easy. So  I thought it was time to say goodbye to some stuff I have barley used and probably needed throwing away. I haven't thrown everything away but I would say at least 80%. Now I count my eye palettes as separate (strange, I know ) but to me they are different and I find having palettes more useful and I do store them in different compartments

I have kept some of of my fav's like the hypno star mascara and the Mac zoom lash but also kept some of the  stuff that is expensive and I have not had the chance to try. The reason why I got rid of most of my mascaras is that most if not all of the high street ones have started to smudge on me which is really annoying especially as I have started to become more busy  and I need my make up to stay put for as long as possible. I have thrown out some single eyeshadows like these ones

The Update!!
A couple of weeks after the clutter and I have thrown most of that away, I kept it in a bag to see if I would ever reach for it again and I haven't so I thrown most of it out. I have kept the two faced shadow insurance because its growing on me and I have finished up my Benefit Stay don't stray but that's the only thing I have really kept. I have made a purchases of a new mascara but apart from that that is it.
I think the next declutter will be either foundation or Lip Product (gasps and cries in the corner)

You Beauty discovery September box

You Beauty discovery September box

This Box has barely bean in my possession for an hour and I'm already witting a blog post about it. The reason why I am so excited is because this is my first ever beauty box! I have known about You beauty boxes for a awhile now and I have always been tempted to get it because I have mostly good things about it and its also the cheapest beauty Box that I am aware of. So I toke the plunge and joined this month, I probably join a but late in the month  because not everything was available. How You Beauty works is that you chose 2 main products and then they fill the rest of box up with other products, the products I chose was the face and cream and the mask. The hydrating face cream was unavailable so I selected another.
So lets get to it so I can show you whats in my box

The Products are
Make Up Sponge
Chia Seeds- 75g
Urban Veda soothing Cream-  50 ml
The Body Shop Oils of life - 7 ml
Exuviance Purifying Clay Masque - 10ml

For £7 its pretty good, there is one full size product (The Urban Veda face cream) and many different samples included a food sample of Chia seeds I have not tried them before, I might try them in some yogurt.

The sample I am most excited to try is The Body Shop Oils of life, I love face oils and I haven't tried a new one In a while so it would interesting to see how this compares to the other ones I have tried.

I'm very excitied to be trying some new products. I shall report back on these products, hopefully there will be  a few gems. As its my first beauty box I would love to know any box you would recommend that aren't to expensive

Charles Worthington strength and Repair Masque Review

Charles Worthington Strength and Repair Masque Review

Now I know I am not the only guilty of this but sometimes when things get a bit crazy sometime we negelict things and rcently my hair is been one of them, I know I am not the only one. So a couple of weeks when I was shopping with L I was on hunt for a hair mask in Boots and I  could nt find  my go to which is the Herbal essence bee strong mask (I have mentioned it many times here n the blog!) so I  braunched out of norm and tried a new hair mask. Now the reason why I went with this is because it was one thecheapest there (You know me, I love a good Bargain!)
Shut the front door and close the Blinds ......
I really enjoyed using it ! Now when I used this my Hair was in bad shape! I really thought I would have to use a couple of times just get my hair in decent condition again but I used this my hair was Surprisingly soft and felt less dry and almost looked less frizzy without using a massive amount of the product. I'm starting to fall in love with Charles Worthington and  I maybe trying out more of their product they are on the high end of drugstore/ high street products but the ones i have tired (leave in conditioner and this) I have really loved!

Does anyone have any favorites from the Charles Worthington Line?
