Candle Haul 2015

Candle Haul Autumn 2015

'tis the Season!!!!

Now that  Autumn is here and the weather is turning colder and its the time of year to snuggle up in your blankets and be very cosy which make me very happy! Its my favorite time of year .  Now  this year I have stepped out of my comfort zone and got normal candles. I have had LED before but they don't compare to these kind of candles. Most of  the candle I got are driven by the season changing and and the festive season approaching.

I found these in Tesco, I got the candle holder because it was only £2.50. The main reason got it is because I thought it would be more decorative than just a simple candle dish for the Yankee candle . With Yankee being one of the most known candle brand I thought I would pick them up but with the big sizes ranging anything for about £10- £21 I decided to get the smaller ones because I didn't know I would like burning candles and £21 for candle seems a bit too much me, maybe one day but I will pace myself for now. The two mini candles I got were Apple Crumble and simply cinnamon. I started burning the apple crumble scent first which is my favorite scent out of both them.

After enjoying the candles I had I already got I made the mistake of going to TK Maxx the mothership of festive candles and candles in general and I may of made two sneaky but very good purchases
The two candles I got and I have been using from TK Maxx were Mint Fudge (I think the brand is Freshly Bake) and The North Poll Peppermint Bake. I've been using them already and I love them!! the scent give off is great and I love the packaging of the Mint Fudge candle when the candle is finished I will definitely be using that!
Theuk Candle Company candle I was given to me by my mum because I was saying I wanted to burn a candle. I cant really smell the coffee scent in the packaging it might be different when I burn it but I haven't burnt it yet.

I think this will be enough candle to get me through the festive season. What candles are your Favorites?

Autumn 2015 : Pamper Evening

Autumn 2015 : Pamper Evening

Every now and again when you feeling pretty crappy you need a pick me up, this was the pick me up I was in desperate need of last week. I decide to make the   ever so difficult  decision to have myself a little pamper and show you guys the products I used.

I started by Running myself a bath, I used the Milky bath Bubble bar from Lush, I really enjoyed this and there will be a review coming soon!
While the bath was running I cleansed me skin with my favorite cleanser the No 7 Hot cloth Cleanser and apply the Exuviance Purifying Clay Masque  which I got in September You Beauty discovery  Box  . After applying the mask I relaxed in the bath watching YouTube video's.

I was so relaxed that I left the mask on for longer than suggested which slightly dried my skin out so I I used a lot of hydrating products  to put moisture back into my skin. I started using the Benefit moisture Toner , Superdrugs Radiance serum, The Body Shops Oils of life and then Benefits Total Moisture  and all of them combined did a great job of putting hydration back into my face. After finishing my face skin care I turnt my attention to my feet, I have been trying to show some more love towards my feet so I used Soap and Glory heel genius on my feet. Then finished of the evening by watching some TV until I feel into a blissful sleep.
What products do you use on a pamper evening? Also whats your favourite Lush bath product?

Hello America!

This picture is not mine and can be found here

Guys......I’m sooo excited!!! I will be taking a trip to Florida in August and I’m superrrrr excited as this will be my first time ever!

I’ve honestly wanted to go for such a long time but haven’t found the best time to go with uni being so busy. But now that I’m finished it’s time to go on such a fun adventure! It will be a family trip with my sisters and parents and we’re doing all the kiddy things we never got the chance to do when we were younger. So we’re visiting all the amusement parks and will be staying in a gorgeous villa for 2 weeks.

Not only am I excited for all the fun and adrenaline, I’m also looking forward to doing new things for the blog like OOTD/OOTN, America Hauls and soooo much other great stuff that I have in store! I hope that you join me on this rollercoaster of an adventure (haha pun intended)!

If you’re from Florida or have been, let me know of any great places that  I should visit or any restaurants that I should try out.

My 3 Day Cleanse

Does anyone else go through really lethargic days? Like you wake up and just feel tired even though you got a normal amount of sleep? Well I’ve been feeling like that for the past few weeks. I’m not going to lie....I’m not the healthiest person. There are days where I don’t eat or drink the right things so I’m not even wondering what the reason for my tiredness is. It wasn’t even just my tiredness either. I was getting really bad skin too! So I decided to do something about it and take my health into my own hands. I looked up the benefits of juicing and actually found that a lot of people have been benefiting so much from incorporating juicing into their diet.

I didn’t want to do anything too drastic though because I knew my body wouldn’t really be able to handle such a huge change so fast. So I went on a 3 day cleanse where all I did was have a healthy homemade shake for breakfast, a homemade vegetable and fruit juice for lunch, and healthy meal for dinner. The first day was such a struggle as I’m used to eating things for breakfast that will fill me up really fast like scrambled eggs and toast but instead I had a shake which included blueberries, pineapple, banana, and unsweetened almond milk. It was definitely something I had to get used to as I’m really used to sugary drinks but I just got on with it and actually started to like the taste that natural sugars give off. The rest of that day though I was feeling suuuuuper hungry and was craving the worst things but the next couple of days were really good! I woke up feeling energised and wasn’t feeling as hungry as I did the day before.

I would definitely say that one of the biggest things I kind of missed was drinking fizzy drinks. Before the cleanse I never noticed how many I drink a day and it probably was one of the biggest causes for my dry skin and spots. But after cutting them out for only 3 days it made such a difference! If you feel the same way I did then I would definitely recommend this. Some people only juice for 3 days in a row or more but I just felt like it would be too much of a shock to my system but I will definitely try it soon.

Let me know in the comments if you have cleansing/ detoxing things I could try out.

Regenerate Enamel Science Advance Toothpaste Review

For a while now I’ve been noticing that my two front teeth have had some enamel damage. To the point where I could tell they were thinning which was driving me INSANE! I really do feel like having healthy white teeth is a major part of overall beauty, so I did some research on whether it was even possible to rebuild tooth enamel. To my surprise there actually was and I managed to stumble across this little gem!

I looked at the Boots reviews for this toothpaste and was shocked at how many people were saying how well it worked for them and how fast they noticed results. I really liked how the toothpaste had a thick feel to it as I felt like this is what was going to make it really work. It wasn’t like normal toothpastes, which compared to this are really watered down. I even noticed how I was getting a clean feeling for the entire day which I don’t really get with normal toothpastes. Normally, after eating and drinking throughout the day your teeth start to feel less clean than they did at the beginning of the day.
I was a little sceptical about whether it would really work as fast as other people were saying it would, but after using this product for about a week I really did notice a HUGE difference in the overall look and feel of my teeth! They don’t seem as thin looking anymore and he damage has definitely been reversed.  They even look a lot whiter which is of course an added bonus! I’m going to make sure I keep using this for as long as possible as it really does work. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has erosion to their enamel or even people who just want to prevent the damage. Although, it’s a bit pricey at £10 I really do feel like it’s a miracle worker and does exactly what it says it does.

Bedroom Decor Inspo!

So ever since I was studying for my last assignments and exams I couldn’t stop thinking about how much I can’t stand my bedroom anymore! I’m not ungrateful or anything, don’t get me wrong. It’s just that I think I went through a stage in my life where I wanted a really dark room! A lot of things in my room are black and a deep purple. But now I just can’t take it anymore. So now I’m done with my final year at university I’ve decided to redecorate wooohooo!! I’m actually super excited. I’ve put together a kind of mood board above of pictures that have given me a lot of inspiration for redecorating my room. None of these pictures are mine...I just grabbed them off of Pinterest.

As you can see from the pictures I want my room to be really neutral with pastel tones and pops of rose gold. I’m really lucky to be able to have a room where the sun beams through all day (well...on the rare occasion that we actually have sun!) so I feel like having neutral and pastel tones will really brighten up the room even more. I’m loving all white everything at the moment so I would love to incorporate this into my bedroom.

I do hope that the outcome is what I’ve been looking for. I do still share a room with my sister and while that has its perks sometimes, it does get a bit crowded so there isn’t as much space for myself as I would like. But I’m hoping just to make do with what space I have and create a really pretty room.

Once I get everything together I’m hoping to do a before shot of my room and an after shot once the redecorating is complete. I’m aiming to get the room completely finished by around the 10th of June, so keep your fingers crossed for me that I can do it in time! I’ll keep you guys updated on my progress on Instagram so check us out @ lifestyletreasures_

Wish me luck! L xx

15 things you didn't know about me!

I am obsessed with oreos!
Seriously, give me these and we will automatically be friends

I love black hair
Something about dark hair just screams beauty to me...even though I love other hair colours black just stands out a lot more to me

I’m tiny!! 5ft 2
My mum always says the best things come in small packages

I’m in my third year of my Psychology degree
I’ve really loved the whole experience. If you’re thinking about going for a degree in Psychology let me know if you would like any advice :)

I make the best profiteroles!
Honestly, I don’t mean to toot my own horn but yesssss I make amazing profiteroles guys

I have been friends with A for about 19 years and we’re only 22!
We were friends since playgroup (for Americans I think that’s Kindergarten) and have stayed friends ever since

I used to cry when my dad would try to teach me maths :( (and I was a teenager!)
I really think I’m the worst when it comes to maths! The second someone talks numbers to me my mind just wanders off

I LOVE wearing all black!
Black just makes me feel really good for some reason

I have an intense fear of bubbly surfaces (eeeeek)
This is honestly a real thing and I know people who have it too!

I’ve lived in the West London area all of my life and have never moved house
I love living here! It’s so close to central London so going out is always fun, but it’s not in the hustle and bustle of the city so it’s kind of quiet which I love

In my 25 most played, the top 3 are ‘I knew you were trouble’ by Taylor Swift, ‘Hometown Glory’ by Adele, and ‘All Me’ by Drake
Such a weird mix I know!

I have a slight obsession with reality TV shows
Oh God! This can seriously keep me locked up in my room for days. I love watching Keeping up with the Kardashians (and all their spin off shows), The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of New Jersey, The Real Housewives of Atlanta, The Apprentice, Catfish, The Only Way is Essex, Desi Rascals...honestly the list could go on for ages!

 I absolutely hate olives!
Which is pretty ironic since I’m Moroccan and that’s practically all we eat

I am calmest when I’m near water
Like the ocean or lakes...not a glass of water. Maybe that’s because I’m an Aquarius!?

I’m addicted to watching YouTube

My favourites are QrewTv/QiasOmar (you have to check him out...he and his "Qrew" only just reached 100,000 subscribers but they should have millions because they are so funny!), BFvsGF/PRANKvsPRANK (they have got to be the funniest/cutest couple on YouTube), Huda Kattan (For everything beauty of course), and HigaTV/NigaHiga (he along with his friends do the funniest parodies, challenges, and mini movies).

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed learning a little bit about me

Chi 100% Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Review

I have been trying to find a really good coconut oil that is cold pressed and within a budget. But for some reason the area I’m in doesn’t seem to sell it! So recently my mum went to a healthy food convention where she bought these lovely jars of 100% organic unfiltered, cold pressed coconut oil.

I’ve used it only twice now and I can already see and feel a difference in my hair. I’ve tried coconut oil before and while it’s done a good job without being cold pressed this one has gone above and beyond my expectations!

I recently learnt that cold pressed oils are better because they aren’t bleached or perfumed. So although the coconut oil I was using before was helping somewhat, it wasn’t working at its full potential. I can’t even express how important I feel it is now to buy 100% pure oils for your hair. The difference I’ve seen in my hair is massive...it’s so much more hydrated now compared to before where I would look at my ends and try to hide them!

The brand of this coconut oil is by Chi, a company that promotes the benefits of coconuts. Their website is selling the same 500ml jar for £9.44 (luckily I got mine for only £6!) which I think is a really great price for something so pure and healthy. Not only can you use it for cosmetic benefits but because it’s 100% organic there is no reason why you can't eat it too! The jar also states that its Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Kosher...so it’s something great for everyone.

I haven’t been given this product to promote at all I just think it’s a really amazing product and because the oil needs to be melted, it takes a long time for it to run out so it lasts super long!

Here is a list of places that sell this coconut oil for cheaper:

Auravita £8.39
Ebay £6.00

Pampering Routine/ Weekly treatment February 2015

Pampering Routine/ Weekly treatment February 2015

As I was doing skin care routines I thought I would throw one more in and that was a bit of a pamper routine or the treatments for my skin that I like to often but not to often. I do share the face masks I use and after the pampering I go back to night time skin care.
I did the routine in order of picture Left to Right so lets get to it.

I wash my skin just prepare it for the masks ahead I use two, I use the Boots Essentials mask first and then the Una Brennan mask. Both serve different purpose the mask the Una Brennan is more for hydration and the  essential mask is a clay mask which claims to draw out purity but I will get on to that in a different post.

The Una Brennan mask is not my favorite hydration mask for over night, I do prefer the Superdrug vitamin E mask (It's not online, that I can find any way) but I am almost running out and I have about half way through on this so I thought I would make an effort to get through this as I did open this one first and its a good product so I don't want to waste it.

When it comes to removing products from my skin I tend to use a flannel or a muslin cloth that comes with The No 7 Hot cloth cleansers and then I tend to just continue with my night time skin care, but sometime if I am using the Superdrug Vitamin  E hydrating face mask  I will put my Toner  on after the clay mask and then apply the mask
 on for the night.

That's my skin care if I am having a relaxing evening I will do other things such as watching a DVD, Netflix  or TV and recently I have been using oil burners (I thinks that's what they are called I am not sure) what happenes is you put certain fragrance  oils on top I have two that I like to mix and they are both from the body shop. I am not a massive lover of candles but I do like these.

Well that was my pamper routine

What's In My Bag Tag!

Roaming around on the internet I’ve come across so many fun ‘tags’ and challenges and have always wanted to do one. So, I decided to do the ‘what’s in my bag tag’ just as a little change from what I usually do. This is what I carry around in my every day bag for uni and when I’m just popping out sometimes.

The Bag

I got this bag from Zara for £50 around 2013 so it’s pretty old. But just by looking at it you can’t really tell. I love this bag! It’s almost as though it has some kind of scratching defence mechanism because it never gets scratched!! I chose this bag mainly for uni, because it’s the perfect size to carry around my laptop, notebooks, and my other billion essentials. I also really love how this bag comes with a shoulder strap. This definitely comes in handy when I have lots to carry! Unfortunately this isn’t available on the website anymore, but it might be available somewhere else. So if you love this bag keep your eyes open!

1-Makeup, Beauty, and Health

Mascara- I feel like this is a necessity to carry around every day! Never know where the day will take you and if you will need another coat of mascara J This mascara is by Rimmel London and is called ‘Extreme Black Wonder’full’ which you can buy here.

Concealer- Sometimes your skin just needs that pick me up throughout the day. I find this concealer really good for this reason. Even when my skin isn’t behaving and I have a horrible break out, this is there to save me! This concealer is Maybelline Dream Touch Lumi and I have it in shade Ivory. You can buy this here.

Brows- I think I’ll be carrying this around me even when I’m 50! This is the Benefit ‘Gimmie Brow’ fibre gel which I’ve done a review on already here. I definitely count this as my everyday necessity and doesn’t leave my bag. You can buy this here.

Lipstick- YESSSSS! My MAC Blankety lipstick!! I absolutely love this shade and the way it makes my lips feel. I don’t use this everyday, but I do carry it around with me because like I said before...you never know where the day might take you. You can buy this here.

Lipbalm- My go to babylips never leaves my bag either. I have several of these and keep one in my car, one in my bag, and one in my bedside table drawer. It’s not called intensive care for no reason because this seriously takes my lips from dangerously dry to beautifully smooth within a few applications! I honestly would recommend this lipbalm. You can buy this here.

Lipgloss- Funnily enough I picked up this lipgloss as an impulse buy from Beauty Base. It was completely random and I just wanted to know what it did. It’s actually really cool because depending on your complexion, it turns your lips a colour to match! So cool!! I’m not too sure whether they still sell this but check out your nearest Beauty Base if this appeals to you. I’m not usually a lipgloss kinda gal but sometimes my mood changes and takes me to the gloss!

Nails- I got this cuticle cream recently in a birthday hamper and I like how moisturising it is for my cuticles. Whenever I find myself stuck in traffic or something I like to give my nails a little TLC! It’s nice how it’s in a little tub too so you can carry it around wherever you go. You can buy this here.

Anti-bacterial hand gel- This is the absolute handbag necessity! Every woman needs to be carrying antibacterial hand gel with them. You honestly never know what might happen and I just think it’s super important to keep yourself protected from bad bacteria. Especially when travelling on public transport! You can buy this here.

Perfume- I’ve been wearing Ghost Deep Night since I was about 14 years old!! I have lots of others too but I’ve found this to be my favourite over the years and always keep it in my bag. You can buy this here.

2-Store Cards
I always carry these around with me as I tend to go into Boots and Superdrug very often. They just allow me to collect points when I spend so that someday I can buy more! If you find that you shop a lot in certain places it’s definitely worth it to apply for advantage cards because there are just way more benefits!

3- iPod and iPhone
I have the iPod Touch and iPhone 5s and I honestly don’t think I can leave home without them! I use my phone for the obvious reasons but also for music! Whenever I’m driving around in my car I’m always listening to something.

4- Hair Combs
The larger hair comb is from Tresemme and is really great for those windy days!

5- Car Keys and House Keys

6-Sunglasses
These are my ultimate favourite sunglasses. I’m not one for spending hundreds on sunglasses because living in London you don’t really get to use them much in my opinion. I got these a couple years ago from H&M and they’re perfect enough for keeping the sun out!

That’s everything I keep in my every day bag right now. It seems like a lot but honestly it’s not. I hope you enjoyed this tag and taking a little sneak peak into my handbag.

Until next time beautiful people,
L xx

Water bottle infuser

Water Bottle Infuser
Today post is a little different than normal, its more about Lifestyle than beauty, Hopefully its still useful.

I drink a lot of flavored water and I have for ages but this year I wanted to cut down and after doing some research I thought I would  try a water bottle infuser because I thought it I made make it easy for my to cut down on my sugar intake . After looking online I saw a couple with good ratings on Amazon and Ebay they were under £10  but there was shipping cost as well. While online I saw this at Dunelm Mill for £6.99  and when my sister was there I asked her to pick it up for me and was excited to give it ago.

When I first tried it, I used Oranges in the infuser in the bottle  and left it in the in fridge for 12 hours,When I got it out of the fridge I couldn't taste the fruit in the water at all I could smell the fruit. I then tried it with Frozen Fruit in the infuser and left it for a couple of hours and got no flavor in the  water, I've tried squezzing the fruit for juice while  in the bottle it did add a bit of taste but not for long. The best thing I have found to do is just put the fruit in the water bottle without using the infuser. I also tried it with mason jar and straw but I get plup or fruit flesh in the straw but I don't get that with the bottle.
In conclusion I dont know if I would it again I think I would just buy a water bottle with a lid and a stopper that would make it hard for parts of the fruit to get through

January Favourites 2015

January 2015 Favorites
Its seems like ages since I have done a monthly/weekly favorites! As it is Januray and not longer after christmas there will be some things I got for Christmas, I got some things I hadn't tried before and therefore some new favorites. So lets get to it ....

                                                                 Skin Care
                                                         Origins Ginizing
I almost didn't put this in my favorites. I love the product but the price tag is more expensive product.I used it in the morning and in the evening and there was a great difference. It made my skin look bright and less tired. I did a full review on the blog.

Yves Rocher pore cleansing Mask
This is actually my sisters, I was having some of the worst break outs I have had and there were so many, I had tried other things first but they were nt working very well so my sister gave me the mask to use. I used it at night left it on for 3 minutes wiped it off and then woke up the next morning with most spots gone and some massively reduced. I was very impressed!
Make Up
Sexy Mother Pucker Raplumzel
I love these lip product, I have used Raplumzel more this month then any other one. It has enough colour to stand out but its very easy to wear. It feels good on the lips. Not drying at all.

Real technique miracle complextion sponge
This sponge makes foundation applying so mush easier, its a lot easier to blend with the sponge then some brushes. Every time I have put foundation on I have used this.

Hair Care
Organix  Sea Salt Conditioner
The reason why I love conditioner is because it made the curls in my hair more defined, I did have to do a bit of work but since using the conditioner it has a noticable diffference and has helped my wear my hair curly often.

Others
Two Tv programmes I have enjoyed watching are Scandal and White collar . I started watching scandal on saturday and it is so good. The first season is good but the second season is amazing. I currently at the beginning of the 3 rd season and that is really good so far. White collar I started watching at the start/ middle of the month its a great show I love how the two main characters interact with each other.

Recipe: Mini Oreo Cheesecake Bites

I love my desserts! I’m definitely the type of person that could have dessert as every meal! Just can’t get enough of them.  My cousin loves to experiment with different desserts and when I was round her house the other day she showed me this amazing recipe that I would love to share with you all. It’s really easy and doesn’t require any use of the oven for all of you baking newbies...

Ingredients
200g of crushed Oreos
100g of cream cheese/soft cheese
½ a teaspoon of vanilla essence (If you prefer more then by all means add a bit more)
Your favourite chocolate to melt

Step 1

Crush the 200g of Oreos either by hand or with a food processor

Step 2

Mix together the crushed Oreos, cream cheese and vanilla essence until it reaches a sticky consistency

Step 3

Use your hands to make small balls out of the sticky mixture (don’t make them too big as it can be quite rich)

Step 4
Leave the balls to set for about 20 minutes in the fridge

Step 5
Melt your favourite chocolate (I used Galaxy yummyyyy!!)

Step 6

Cover the Oreo balls in the melted chocolate and leave in the fridge to set until they become harder on the outside

Voila!! There you have it. It’s super easy and would love for you guys to give it a try. If you make the balls small enough you can get about 17 to 20 so you have enough for a little dinner party or for just a night in.

I hope you enjoyed. Let me know in the comments if you give this recipe a try and how it came out.

On another note, as of the 1st of January 2015 we decided to post on the blog every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. See you all then!!

My New Years Resolutions 2015!

Every new year I've come up with the obvious resolutions like trying to stick to a healthy diet, to be more active, and be more organised.....but they never seem to stick for more than just a couple of weeks (ooooops!). But, this year I've made a new New Years resolution that I’m actually going to stick to.

DRUM ROLL PLEASE........

My New Years resolution is to save moneyyyyy!!!!

Everyone who knows me knows that I’m a spendaholic! I am (as bad as it sounds) who advertisers market their products at! I’m just the biggest sucker when it comes to shopping, it’s so bad. There have honestly been times where I’ve had to stay home just to keep myself from spending money :(

So 2015 will be a drastic change for me! My main reason for making this New Years resolution is to save up enough money for when I eventually move out. It probably won’t be this year or the year after but I will hopefully be moving out within the next couple of years so I want to make sure I’m being mature with my money and saving it for something that will be completely worth it in the long run.

I figured there's things I need to make a huge change to like instead of driving everywhere I can walk to save on fuel, when I need to go out shopping I should make lists instead of just picking up anything I fancy there and then, and consider making a lot more of my own beauty products. I'm actually really looking forward to the DIY part...should be super fun!

Stay tuned to find out my full plan to save money.

I found this really cute New Years Resolution list on Lauren Conrad’s blog. You can print it out and stick it to your fridge or frame it somewhere you will always see it. This will go up in my room so I can see it everyday and be reminded of all the good things I expect for myself.

A bad habit I’m going to break: Be more positive
A destination I’d like to visit: Rome, Italy
I’m going to work harder at: Getting the best grade I can for my degree (last year woohoo!!)
A project I’d like to finish: Decorating my room (I feel like it’s never been completely finished!)
A class I’d like to take: A contouring class
I’d like to spend more time doing: Fun things (you get so caught up in everyday life sometimes you just forget to enjoy it)
A food I want to eat more of: Exotic fruits

I want to wear more: Earrings (for some reason I don’t wear them as often as I’d like)

Tell us what your New Years resolutions are in the comments, on Twitter, or on Instagram.

L xx

We wish you all a wonderful New Year! May it be filled with success and happiness. Thank you so much to all of you who view the blog often. We really appreciate it and have enjoyed blogging so much! BRING ON 2015!!

We Love You All

Blogmas Day 20: Weekly Favourites December #1

After not having a Favorite post for a while I come to you with  a random favorites with skincare, Make up, fashion and other fun things.

Primark Jeggings
I have had these a while and I wear them also everyday (different pairs) and I have never thought to put them in favorites before. While going through different categorise for blog post and favorite's I realised I have never thought to include  a fashion favorite. In the last couple weeks I lost a pair of these and I have missed them a lot and I want more pairs so I thought I would included them . I like how they fit on the leg at the and with others I have had fluff sticks to them really bad and at £7 you can't wrong in my opinion.

Brookies
I saw these  on Lilly Pebble vlog and when my sister was getting ready to bake so I joined in and found  the recipe and made them after picking up a few ingredients and they were pretty easy to make.  I made about 49 on Tuesday and now there's 1 left, They do taste like a cookie and brownie combined. I plan to make some more to go with some present for Christmas

Superdrug vitamin E face oil
I ran out of the this over a month ago and I have used another since but I prefer this one and I recently picked it up again and have been reminded why I loved it so much.

Elf Duo Eye shadow Cream
I did a comparison on this cream shadow here. I love the colour of this, the longevity isn't the best but I really like the colour that it turns on the lid. I like to use it when I'm in a rush and I know I wont be out all day.

Sex and the City TV show
I love this show! Its one of my favorites, season 3 is my favorites. I like watching it at night before I go to sleep.

Blogmas Day 16: It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Its begin to look a lot like Christmas

It is only 8 days until Christmas and the end of Blogmas! Through out  blogmas that hasn't been anything Christmasy on the blog but hold onto your Christmas socks because I'm about to hit you with lots of Christmas cheer  in this blog post.

During the weekend I went into central London to have a look at the lights and to soak in the Christmasy atmosphere, Some of the Christmas lights and decorations were amazing and some weren't as good. My favorite would have to be Covent Garden,  I loved the tree there  (second picture on the left) and the reindeer that was there. While in Central London  I picked up  a Christmas present and had some lovely food! I enjoy  central London and Christmas time . I love looking  at the street lights and the shop windows  and the busyness. If you do  go I suggest you wear some comfy show and go with someone who knows  London well.

The Christmas festivities just kept going with putting up the Christmas tree , wrapping the first presents and going to see Santa .The Christmas cheer was everywhere! I think I might have to break out the festive head gear again.

I love how my presents have turnt out this year!  I am not very good wrapper and I have never really put much thought into my wrapping paper but this year I wanted to go with some cute accessorise, the idea for the white paper wasn't mine, my sister had the paper (its not really wrapping paper) and I thought it would look really good with the red tape and the Santa gift tags.

I thought I would leave you this very cute image

Blogmas Day 2: The Christmas Tag

The Christmas Tag
its December so that means ITS CHRISTMAS.....soon and  I am  excited!!
1. What is your favourite Christmas movie?
Love Actually, I don't think  I have seen as many Christmas films  as some people. I haven't seen many old school Christmas films I have seen more modern ones like Elf but I prefer Love Actually and its crazy because I only saw it for the first time  about 3 years ago a whole 8 years after it was made.
2. Do you open your presents on Christmas Eve of Christmas morning?
I normally open present on Christmas day, but sometimes earlier it depends.
3. Do you have a favourite Christmas memory?
They only thing that comes to mind is when I was younger my sisters and I use to count how many present we each had and we would get competitive about who had the biggest gift.

4. Favourite festive food?
EVERYTHING!!! My sister cooks the best Christmas dinner! I think my favourite is stuffing, it gets mixed with sausage meat and rolled into  stuffing balls.
5. Favourite Christmas gift?
As an Adult   it comes to big present it would be My kindle, I got it about two ago this year and I love it but my Second Favourite and a less expensive would be  a pair of chick ear muffs. As child I think it would be a toy kitchen,  it was a joint present. I cant remember if it was my Birthday or Christmas but  I got a bike !!!
6. Favourite Christmas scent?
I think its AirWick air freshener, It sounds a bit strange but it smells so good! I m not big into candles so the only other thing that is christmasy scented I cant remember what it is called for 100% but I shall be going and sniffing them all to see if I can remember which one .

7. Do you have any Christmas Eve traditions?
Nope, none that I can remember, I have n't done anything often enough for it to be a tradition.
8. What tops your tree?
It's either a star or an angel depends on the theme.
9. As a kid, what was the gift you always wanted but never received?
I asked for a  a Pick 'n' mix sweet shop from Argos from my family member , I had written it down on my list and when my list was given to my list it had wasn't on it and every time I see one in shops I always say something about it or I tell this story
10. What’s the best part of Christmas for you?
The lead up to Christmas is my favorite, the count down is fun and I love  Christmas music and the atmosphere. I think the lead up is better than the day.
