Surviving a Spending Ban: How I built my stash

How I am surviving a spending Ban !!
As some of you may have read I'm on a  shopping ban  and I am already in week  three, close to going into my fourth week  and I am feeling pretty good about it.  I have been going through a lot of the products that I already  have in the last three weeks and as I'm finishing off products and starting new products which I'm exciting.

The reason why I haven't need to buy many thing or gone without products because I have a big stash of products I haven't used up One of the reason why I have so many products is my sister's  give me products they don't use. I'm very lucky in the sense that my sisters have given my stuff and a lot of it is stuff I would use , Such as soap and glory  One of sisters always gets given Soap and Glory products for Christmas but rarely uses them so  She has given me lots of product such  body scrubs, face scrubs, shampoos and body washes some of things she has given me has already appeared in empties post here and here and I still have some soap and glory face masks/scrubs  to finish as well other products she has given me

.

So if you have a sister  or cousins or maybe even friends or someone you trust, see if you can trade or give them products you don't use  (I did this a lot in my last year of uni). In my last year in uni  we use to have clear out of stuff we didn't use  or stuff we got for Christmas but didn't like we would put and bag and see if any anyone wants it and if  they want they would take it and use it but if there anything we didn't want  it would go in the bin, which didn't happen often. I think this is a great way to use new products and get rid of stuff you don't use. Just be careful with make up because of hygiene reason I think products like shampoo's, conditioners and  products that never been opened things are probably what you should stick with,  but this is why I say you should swap with people you trust. People that won't give you anything  unusable or out of date products. So just be careful with what you accept, there are  probably posts on some blogs or YouTube channels on how to tell if a product is out of date so have look at stuff like that before you use the products. I have never had a bad experience with this  I hope you don't but do your research first.

P.S
Since my post on the spending Ban I have finished up about 5  products and about to start some new products which I will hopeful going first impression of next week !

Does anyone else do this ?

Thank You for Reading
