My New Years Resolutions 2015!

Every new year I've come up with the obvious resolutions like trying to stick to a healthy diet, to be more active, and be more organised.....but they never seem to stick for more than just a couple of weeks (ooooops!). But, this year I've made a new New Years resolution that I’m actually going to stick to.

DRUM ROLL PLEASE........

My New Years resolution is to save moneyyyyy!!!!

Everyone who knows me knows that I’m a spendaholic! I am (as bad as it sounds) who advertisers market their products at! I’m just the biggest sucker when it comes to shopping, it’s so bad. There have honestly been times where I’ve had to stay home just to keep myself from spending money :(

So 2015 will be a drastic change for me! My main reason for making this New Years resolution is to save up enough money for when I eventually move out. It probably won’t be this year or the year after but I will hopefully be moving out within the next couple of years so I want to make sure I’m being mature with my money and saving it for something that will be completely worth it in the long run.

I figured there's things I need to make a huge change to like instead of driving everywhere I can walk to save on fuel, when I need to go out shopping I should make lists instead of just picking up anything I fancy there and then, and consider making a lot more of my own beauty products. I'm actually really looking forward to the DIY part...should be super fun!

Stay tuned to find out my full plan to save money.

I found this really cute New Years Resolution list on Lauren Conrad’s blog. You can print it out and stick it to your fridge or frame it somewhere you will always see it. This will go up in my room so I can see it everyday and be reminded of all the good things I expect for myself.

A bad habit I’m going to break: Be more positive
A destination I’d like to visit: Rome, Italy
I’m going to work harder at: Getting the best grade I can for my degree (last year woohoo!!)
A project I’d like to finish: Decorating my room (I feel like it’s never been completely finished!)
A class I’d like to take: A contouring class
I’d like to spend more time doing: Fun things (you get so caught up in everyday life sometimes you just forget to enjoy it)
A food I want to eat more of: Exotic fruits

I want to wear more: Earrings (for some reason I don’t wear them as often as I’d like)

Tell us what your New Years resolutions are in the comments, on Twitter, or on Instagram.
