So in my attempt to try to find ways to cut the amount I
spend to as little as I can get I figured to try out a new and cheaper
alternative to my usual shampoo and conditioner. I used to use the Garnier
Ultimate Blends “The Marvellous Transformer” shampoo which wasn’t expensive at
all at £2. 79 and the Charles Worthington Strength & Repair conditioner
which was quite pricey at £5.99! While shopping around I found the L’oreal
Paris Expertise shampoo and conditioner for only around £2 each!! What a
BARGAIN! I’ve used them a few times now
and they’re both really great.
Smoothing &
Taming Shampoo
The shampoo smells sooo good. I can’t quite pin-point what
the fragrance is but it leaves my hair smelling really nice for long after.
When I first used it I noticed a lovely silky almost sparkling from the shampoo
and for a sulphate-free shampoo it lathered really well (added bonus). The most
important part of course is how it left my hair feeling. I’m actually really
surprised because it left my hair looking and feeling really nourished and soft
which is something I didn’t expect at all from this. So thumbs up L’oreal!
Replenishing &
Taming Conditioner
I really loved using this conditioner! The smell from this
one is also really nice and it’s almost quite exotic which I loveee! It’s really
thick which I prefer conditioners to be. I think it’s actually a pet peeve of
mine to use watery conditioners....HATE IT! I think the conditioner is the most
important part of any hair care routine and this conditioner definitely did its
job. My hair felt really smooth and nourished which is everything you look for
in a conditioner.
I think overall I will definitely be buying this set again!
Thanks for reading,
L xx
