anyway on to the post ...

With the winter upon us in England I have  turned  to body lotion more now than I have been before, So I have dug up all the lotion that I have in collection and started testing them out to see which one was the best so Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce to this blog post contenders.

Nivea
I remember this being in the house since I was very young and no matter there always seems to be one in the house for some reason. I like this cream , the smell is pleasant and it leaves my skin soft. The only down side is the thickness (but that could be a good thing) but what I do is I put the the cream between my fingers to warm it and it becomes easier to spread on the skin. Its a great cream after using for two days in row I missed a day and after sipping a day my skin still felt soft , it did n't last longer than one day I think.

Here £3.39 200ml

Beauticology Vanilla Frosting Body Lotion

I am not overly keen on the smell or the lotion in general, when I first used the lotion I put the Nivea on one leg and this on the other and feeling my skin there was a notciable difference, the Nivea made my skin feel softer. This one is my least favorite
its in a set here for £6. I can't find it by itself

No 7 Completely quenched
Left  my skin feeling soft  like the Nivea body lotion,  it is simple to apply.  I didn't have to warm it up between my fingers and  work it in like I did the Nivea, the results are similar on the night of application but where the Nieva made my skin softer for a day after this didn't not but For dry patches this is pretty good. I'm pretty sure this counts in the £5 off skincare voucher but I am not 100%sure.
 £10.50  200ml

Sanctuary Spa Body Lotion
I am in love with this scent!  Its easy to work into the skin its a good cream it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated , not as hydrating as the Nivea but it does its jobs well.
£2.50 for 75ml Here

Along came Betty Body  cream of all creams
It lotion is thin, easy to work with, wasn't as nourishing as the Nivea but I think it did a better job than the Beauticology. I have used this on my hand a couple of times when they have been dry and its been great but not as good on my legs. It did leave my skin feeling soft and not dry but not as well as Nivea

 Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Lotion

This is  kind of the most expensive one in the post , its from  Body Lotion and is  £10 . I wasn't very impressed . A lot of people talk online about the body shop body care but I am not that impressed  not only with this one I tried the Body Shop Ginger bread men body butter last year and it was nt very good on my skin it was annoying in a way , it flaked off  and wasn't very hydrating on skin, anyway back to this it was very moisturising,   probably the least out of all of them for me.

Conclusion
I think the clear winner is Nivea but all the creams I have used apart from the Beauticology and Body Shop  I will continue using because they are decent creams  and they are very easy to apply but for me the Nivea worked the best on my skin, but I would probably use it at night more than I would use it the morning because not as easy to apply.
