Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer Review

Before buying this concealer I found so many good reviews for it on the Boots website. The product was a best seller and had a 4 ½ star rating, so of course I had to see what all the hype was about.

As I was ordering online I bought two colours just in case one was too light. The Fair shade did turn out a little lighter than my skin but I’ve decided to use that as a highlighter. The only bad thing I can say about this concealer is that it made my skin look a little dry which is obviously not a great thing. BUT it could have just been my skin at the time. Maybe I need to try it after exfoliating my face.

It’s definitely one to go for if you like a thicker concealer. I’m used to a lighter coverage but I’m starting to get used to the thickness of it. I’ve chosen not to use this as an everyday concealer but I agree that it’s perfect for a more made up look. This concealer is definitely great for covering up spots or dark under eye circles obviously due to the thickness of it. For the price of £4.19 it’s a great concealer. I didn’t really expect much from the Collection brand since I’ve never used to before and in my opinion it’s not really on the same level as the other high-street makeup brands like Maxfactor or Rimmel.

I’m not too sure if I would buy this again but I will definitely use up the two that I have.
