Lush Ceridwen’s Cauldron Bath Melt Review

I picked this up a while ago along with a bunch of other bath bombs and melts but for some reason I’ve stalled in writing up a blog post about it. I just used this recently and I have got to say it is hand’s down the best thing I’ve ever bought from Lush so far! Apart from my trusty Tea Tree Toner Water of course.

At first I was a little sceptical about this bath melt just from the scent. When you smell it before putting it in the bath it has such a strong lavender smell and I can’t stand the smell of lavender. But as soon as I dropped this in the bath the most gorgeous smells came from it. I couldn’t smell lavender at all. The creamy cocoa butter scent took over which was soooo nice and relaxing! After most of it melted in the water I used the muslin pouch to rub on my skin and Lush is definitely right by saying it makes you feel like Cleopatra would have felt when she bathed. I can’t stress how soft this made my skin feel. With a lot of bath products I think you get fooled into thinking it’s made your skin feel really soft, but then that soft feeling disappears within a couple of hours, if that. This bath melt left my skin feeling soft right through to the next day which, of course, I was super happy with!

I can safely say this is the perfect bath melt if you’re looking for something that will make you feel really relaxed while benefiting your skin so much as well. Another great thing about this melt is that it wasn’t completely finished after my bath so I’ve still got some left over to give my skin a little pick me up.  I will definitely be buying this again since it has shown to make such a huge improvement to my skin.
