Super Collagen Supplements

I’m a huge supporter in trying anything to keep my skin looking youthful. I haven’t tried anything dramatic like surgery (not that I think there’s anything wrong with surgery for those who choose to go down that route but I love trying natural remedies and beauty supplements. I was recently watching a YouTube video by HudaBeauty and she was discussing how she takes collagen supplements. At the time I thought that was pretty weird but after more research on collagen I just had to try it out for myself.

I found these supplements in Superdrug for £19.99 and although it’s kind of expensive for tablets I felt like I just needed to give them a shot. After using them for about a month I’ve really noticed a difference in my skin. It’s strange because I didn’t think I’d notice much of a difference as I thought it was more for the prevention of fine lines and wrinkles, but I was able to notice a difference in my whole complexion. It was great for even keeping away spots and just made my face smoother and more youthful I guess you could say. I wanted to see if this was maybe just a coincidence or if the supplements were actually working so I stopped taking them for a couple of weeks. It was the worst thing ever! I broke out in horrible spots and my skin became dry and patchy! It was catastrophic lol. So I would say these pills definitely made a huge difference.

The bottle comes with 180 tablets and it says to take 3 after a meal everyday so it should last about 2 months which I think is really good for £20 and it works out to be around 11p per pill. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to keep their skin youthful and give their complexion an overall healthy look. The bottle also says that the supplements are great for nails, hair, and bones. I did actually notice that my hair had become a lot more softer and shiner than it had been before which is amazingggg of course! I haven’t really noticed a difference in the other areas but I will give it more time to see if there have been any more changes.
